Remote bookkeeping service using Quickbooks, Xero and Excel. If you are not comfortable with sending documents by email or using document storage systems, we are happy to receive paperwork through the post or even collect paperwork weekly or monthly. Our focus is to support our clients in making bookkeeping and accounting easier and less time consuming.
Through the software systems we use, we are fully conversant with using the Making Tax Digital system for filing VAT returns.
We work with some very carefully chosen accountants to offer our clients an accounting service appropriate to their business and budget. We have developed relationships with accountants which mean that they receive the books from us tidy and complete. This enables them to keep their costs down and focus on important matters such as taxation. All invoicing for accounting is direct with the chosen accountant, we do not take a percentage fee.
We outsource most payrolls to a carefully chosen payroll company. The company we work with is a specialist in payroll and offers a low cost payroll service. Billing for payroll is either direct with the payroll company, or through Digital Accounting Ltd.
Having being Quickbooks Professional Advisors for many years we are able to set up, and offer training, in the use of Quickbooks, if you prefer to do some or all of your own bookkeeping, such as billing clients. We also offer set up and training with your own choice of software package such as Xero or Sage.
We now offer Financial Coaching for start up and established businesses and for personal finances. After many years of experience in helping people improve their relationship with money we have decided to offer this as a service. This is basically a system to create awareness of how you currently manage your finances and look for improvements. It is not just about reducing costs, it is also about managing a growing business and being able to cope with the additional demands, financial and otherwise, an expanding business creates.
